Step 3: After sending, you will receive a confirmation text message that you have successfully registered to the E-wallet which also displays the E-wallet account number being assigned to you.

Step 4: You will be using your E-wallet account number and PIN on your future transactions.

Step 5: To avoid any untoward incident, please safe keep your E-wallet account number together with your PIN confidential and in a secured place.

Step 1: To buy Smart eload or Globe autoload using your mobile, simply type PX BUY LOAD [AMOUNT] [RECIPIENT CELL NO] [PIN]

Valid Smart amount is 30, 60, and 115
Valid Globe amount is 25, 50, and 100

Step 2:  Send to Gateway Number

Step 3: After sending, you will receive a confirmation text message that you have successfully loaded the recipients number

Step 1: To buy retailer sim load wallet (Smart eload/Globe autoload), type PX BUY LW [AMOUNT] [RETAILER CELL NO] [PIN]

Step 1. Go to any Smart Money Business Center or any accredited Smart Money outlets and  fund your Smart Money.

Step 2. Once you have funded your Smart Money Account , you need to make a one time registration of your Smart Money to Pixsell E-wallet System.

Step 3. To register your Smart Money Account to Pixsell E-wallet System, simply type  PX REG SM [SMARTMONEYACCTNO] [PIN]

Step 4. Send to Gateway Number

Step 5. Pixsell will provide an SMS confirmation of the registration

Step 6. Once registered, you can now transfer Smart Money to Pixsell E-wallet  using the Smart Money Menu

Step 7. Once transferred, you shall receive SMS confirmation from Pixsell that your e-wallet has been credited and your new balance

Step 1: Go to any Bayad Center Branch

Step 2: Fill up the form for replenishment by , indicating  your name, mobile number, the amount to be replenished and E-wallet system as your merchant

Step 3.  Submit the duly accomplished replenishment form to any Bayad Center Teller together with 2 valid IDs and the cash to be replenished

Step 4.  Upon receipt of the above,  Bayad Center Teller shall issue corresponding receipt containing the replenishment code

Step 1.  

To transfer your E-wallet credit to the cash card credits using your mobile phone, type PX ENC CC [AMOUNT] [PIN]

Step 2.  Send to Gateway Number

Step 3. You  will receive a confirmation message from Pixsell that you have successfully transferred your E-wallet to cash card.

Step 4.  To withdraw your money from your cash card, you may go to any BancNet, Megalink, Expressnet ATM Machines and encash your cash card balance. You can also use our cash card to buy to VISA accredited merchant .

Procedure for Lost Cash Card and Forget PIN:

Step 1. Go to the issuer of your card {Name of the Company} and report your lost card.

Step 2. Submit affidavit of loss and 2 valid ID

Step 3. Upon reporting, your lost card will be deactivated.

Step 4. Your new card will be send to you through courier in __________ days and will receive confirmation message in your mobile from Pixsell that your new card has been activated.

Using your mobile phone, type PX ENC ML [AMOUNT] [PIN]

Step 2.  Send to Gateway Number

Step 3. You will receive a confirmation message that your encashment has been successful together with your  KPTN Number. Keep the  KPTN Number as you will be asked to present it before claiming for your cash.

Step 4. Proceed to any M Lhuillier branch and fill up the encashment form indicate Pixsell Payment Solutions Inc. as the merchant, KPTN Number as well as your personal information.

Step 5. Submit the duly accomplished M Lhuillier Encashment Form together with your 2 valid IDs to the M Lhuillier Cashier

Step 6.   Upon signing of the acknowledgement receipt, you will be receiving your cash.
