The CRM system will enable them to meld together different communication mediums into one system. This is the second product that New Your Bay has acquired from Pixsell. New York Bay Remittance is currently using Pixsell’s SMS Broadcast System to give real time SMS notifications to customers regarding the status of their remittances. Pixsell’s products add security and ease to NYBR customers as all of Pixsell products produce real time results. The CRM System will be managing their SMS messaging interactions from both the United States and the Philippines. Pixsell and Smart Launches Barangay Phone in LC Big Mak Branches

Smart Communications, one of Pixsell’s corporate partners, is launching its newest product, the Barangay Phone. LC Big Mak, with it’s more than 700 branches, will host Barangay Phone units provided by Pixsell. This will enable Big Mak branches to sell Smart e-load products and payphone calls.
The initial launch will be in Lucena City branches in Quezon. This will be a great service for Smart subscribers as most LC Big Mak branches are open 24 hours a day.
Newest Product Add-on for Pixsell’s Customer Relations Management System

Pixsell is always looking to provide the best services to our clients. The company believes that there is always room for improvement. This is the mantra that Pixsell holds to its heart in order to always lead with its payment solutions.
Pixsell has recently added add-on features for its Customer Relations Management software. The Update Member feature, the most recent function added to the web-base system’s Pending Ticket Response manages CRM member accounts, all while interacting with the customer. Now, CRM users will be able to edit member information without waiting for the interaction to be finished.
Other features are the Ticket Inbox and Ticket Sent features. This will show you the interaction of the member and the agent fist in, first out. The page got its idea from chat logs which show the order of the messages according to the order of when the messages were sent. The Ticket Notes link was also added to allow for agents to save notations of their troubleshooting steps, or record specific issue details for auditors and supervisors.
